T316 camera rebate?

I bought a T316 a month ago and I remember something about a rebate
for the camera attachment? Is there a website where I can download
it? Or do I have to go to the Cingular store???

Go to the store and ask for the rebate form. If they dont have it just
get the current one and call the 800 to the group. They will fax to
you.
