My daughter's OGO stopped working..... weak screen..... she swears she
didn't do anything to it.

Anyone have problems with their OGO?

I really like her having it so I can contact her via text message. It seems
to be a cheaper alternative to the phone, which I suspect she would use up
all my minutes were we to share a plan.

I am trying to get ahold of CS but you all know how that goes. I might have
to take a day off work in order to have enough time to do that.

Any suggestions?
