1) Whenever I get a voicemail and check it, the automated voice tells
me, "I'm sorry, that is not a user option" after the welcome message.
I'm not pressing anything or doing anything when that happens.

2) After I leave the voicemail system, the little symbol on my phone
indicating I have a waiting message does not go away. Sometimes the
phone even says I have a new voice message waiting...but I know I
don't! And when I check to confirm, the voice tells me I have no new
messages.

3) After leaving the voicemail system, my phone's keypad tones are
turned ON. I have key tones turned OFF under all my profiles, so why do
they get turned on automatically after leaving voicemail?

All of these minor annoyances started at the same time a few months
ago. Did Cingular do some VM upgrade around that time? I seem to
remember something like that happening. Phone is a Nokia 8265i.

Ever so faintly, do you sometimes hear the tune from Twilight Zone?  If
you don't it must be a conspiracy.
