I have a HS850 that I'm using with a Siemens SX66 (Blue Angle)
If I have my phone in my right hand/pocket and my headset on my left ear I
get lots of static. If I switch hands/pockets its fine.  Not sure if its the
Phone or the Headset...

I have BT-PPC/PE version 1.0.0 build 3900 installed.

Thanks,
 Scott<-

Scott,

I have the same combo of phone and headset.

There's quite a bit about this on pdaphonehome.com and xda-developers.org.
Basically, the problem is the Blue Angel.  You've got the latest BT build
which helps, but so far there's no absolute fix.  Actually, you should feel
lucky - some headsets (like the Jabra) are pretty much unusable with the
BA).
