Can I upgrade my Cingular Go phone with any Cingular phone on ebay?

About two months ago I purchased a new go phone from Cingular because it was
only $29.99, but now I want to get a better cell phone with better sounds and
a camera. I saw a few phones on ebay and wonder if I can put my SIM card in
the phone and still work. All the phones I looked at were activated by
Cingular.

You can put your SIM in any phone but it needs to work on the
frequencies in your area and it must be either unlocked or formerly
used on the cingular network.
