I'm surprised no one has brought this up for awhile. A recent issue
of Wireless Journal says that Cingular is going to be rolling out PTT
using Kodiak. This is the system used by Alltel and is supposed to be
the one that works the best so far (not counting Nextel).

Then the next question is will those clever fellows come up with a
hack for my RAZR.

Not sure about the HACK for the RAZR but they are releasing a bunch of
new handsets. What you see in the stores today will be completly
revamped by 1/1/06 over the next 110 days. The Samsung D357 will be
one of the 1st PTT devices to launch along with the Nokia 6102 and the
LG F7200. The D357 will have bluetooth and edge built into it as well
as music ringtones. I'm sure Motorola will launch something but I
haven't heard anything yet.
