First of all you apparently had a problem letting the group know what
this link was that you posted.  I'm not sure what the point of that
was.

The link is an article explaining that cingular has been expelled from
the better business bureau in New York State because they have 20
unanswered complaints out of 200 complaints in the last three years.
If you want to pretend like everything is hunky-dory with the way
cingular does business go right ahead.  Some people would rather hear
the whole story and expose a company's warts if they have 'em.  That's
hardly trolling.  If you wanted to hide the fact that cingular has
these problems why would you post the link in the first place?  Odd to
say the least that is unless *you* consider yourself to be a "troll"
by your standards.
