Fred Hello Fred, This is Kevin from Palm. Have you installed the latest Cingular update? Nearly all of the carriers have now released updates that address Versamail reset issues. You can find the update (Treo 650 Updater 1.15) at the top of the Downloads list on this page: http://www.palm.com/us/support/treo/treo650cingular/ The update also optimizes memory handling, frees up more memory, adds voice quality enhancements and more. While the latest firmware helps, the Treo 650 still has firmware issues (at least the Cingular version) that mar what is otherwise a remarkable product. Case in point is Dial-Up Networking (DUN) over Bluetooth. After struggling for many hours with such issues as pairing being forgotten and DUN disappearing I finally gave up and purchased PdaNet for use with the hotsync cable. Muc less problems >From all I have read and heard, the Cingular 1.15 update's new version of Versamail (3.0c) fixed the reset issue. But, you could take a shot at trying the steps outlined in the Palm article "VersaMail crashes or resets Treo 650", which was published prior to the Cingular update.
