How can I update the software on my VX4500?

I have two VX4500's. One has the "scheduler/calendar" option in the Tools
menu and the other does not. Can the local Verizon store update the
software on the older phone? If so, is there a charge?

Try the Verizon newsgroup instead of the Cingular newsgroup.
