Is anyone able to send email, with any server, with SSL over port 465
via Cingular's data connection?  I can receive POP email with SSL on
port 995, but not send with SSL enabled.

Others using the same server have no problems connecting over other
networks (wired, VZW, etc).

I can do that using Reqwireless EmailViewer running on a Cingular-branded
V551, but not with the built-in email client in that same phone.
