Problem with web-site?

I access the Cingular website to keep track of the minutes on all my phones
(we have a family plan). I notice that the minutes haven't been updated for
several days when I click on "View Details for Minutes Used". Anyone know
if there is there a problem the web-site? Also, when I click on "View my
overall current usage", I always get an error message. How can I find out
my actual minutes usage for all my phones right now? I don't want to use
the *MIN function because that only gives results for one phone and it
charges me for a text message. Calling customer no-service is a waste,
because they just say they can't see my minutes.

Noticed it was slow in Kansas City. Used to get calls listed in an hour or
so, recently 3-4 hours for calls to show up.

*646# does NOT deduct from your minutes, and is not billed as a text
message. It is completely free.
