Anyone else having problems sending email from Outlook and it not getting to the phone?

Getting all my email back with an error message that too many hops
occurred. Max of 25 so mail stops at the 26 hop.

Problem with Cingular network lately. I used to do this all the time
before and now I have this problem.

No problem if you send text message from the Cingular Website.

I doubt that this is a Cingular problem. What is the complete routing?
