Out of curiosity, has anybody had luck having Cingular replace an AT&T
Wireless SIM?  I think my SIM is ready to bite the dust, but they don't
have suitable plans right now.  I'm not contracted and I've been
shopping for new plans in the case my SIM goes out and can't be
replaced, and T-Mo has one that better suits my needs, although I would
prefer to stick with Cingular (I was actually Cingular Orange before and
was migrated over to Blue with my corporate account).

Any experiences?

Cingular charges $25.00 for a new one.  I bought several a few months ago on
ebay for about $3 each including shipping and Cingular activated them with
no problem over the phone.  YMMV, e.g. they may want the latest blue&white
SIMs instead of the older blue ones, I don't know.
