Have a Nokia 6010.  My address book is stored in phone, not SIM (was in
sim, but I moved them to phone and they're no longer in sim).  When
someone calls who is in my contacts, their number shows up on my caller
id but not their name.  Their name would be MUCH more useful.  Is there
a way to make this work?

Try Contacts/Settings/Contact View/Name + Number

That didn't work.  That just makes it so when you're scrolling through
your contacts to call someone, you also see their #.  When I'm looking
for is when someone calls ME, instead of just seeing "555-555-5555
calling", I want to see "Bob calling" (with or without the #).  Does
the 6010 simply not do this?  The manual implies that it will.

Nevermind, folks.  I found the problem.  If the same # is in your
address book twice under a different name ("Bob" and "Emergency
Contact"), the phone doesn't know which name to display and so doesn't.
That's nicer than my Samsung, which simply refuses to let me enter the
same number for two entries even if I want to.
