Signed up last Monday. Two of the three phones I wanted were onl
available through the Cingular web site, so I put in my order thr
there. Printed out the confirmation page for both orders, and receive
e-mail confirmations with my order numbers as well. Several days later
I still was not able to get any status, and despite calling severa
Cingular customer representatives, nobody was able to find any recor
that my orders ever existed.
Finally they told me to place the orders again, which I did on Friday
You guessed it....once again I have printed and e-mail confirmations
but nobody has any status nor any trace of the orders. Meanwhile I'v
been paying for a week already for a plan which I can't even us
because I don't have the phones.
Has anyone else had similar problems with the web ordering

That's why you don't order phones through Cingular's website. What
phones were you wanting? Are they phones that are being phased-out or
what? Somebody's got to have 'em.
