Cannot receive Instant Messages (aim)

I have a Motorola V180 and recently learned about the Pay as You Go
Media Net. I signed onto Aim and I can send Instant Messages but
cannot receive any....Can someone help....Thanks

Pay as you go can get horrendously expensive.
I thought about suggesting that earlier, but didn't because it is
expensive, even with a package.

yeah, pay per use media net is expensive on AIM. I've asked several
Cingular Customer Service reps about it and they said that AIM uses
Media Net AND Text Messages.   That can add up really fast on pay per
use.
