#1310 Technology/Feature Question

I recently heard a radio campaign where any Cingular customer could hit
#1310 on their phone and the call would be routed to a specific 800#
where they could enroll in a sweepstakes the station was running.

Does anyone know if this type of call routing feature is for sale from
any cell phone company for smaller companies looking to only purchase
maybe 1 to 5 lines?  I have contacted a few phone companies directly,
but since I'm not a huge National player looking to purchase 1,000
lines + I'm not getting very far.

I have some money to spend and would like this type of feature for my
customers, but don't have any need for more than a few lines.  I
appreciate any feedback or advice from the group.  Thank you.

Rather than getting 10 incorrect answers here, why not call Cingular
corporate and ask them?

I have but the employees that I speak to just give me the answer of
'you need to be a National customer with over 1,000 lines' and don't
really give me more information than that.

I have heard from some people this is not always the case, so I wanted
to through it out there to see if anyone had any knowledge of the
process.

Special SMS numbers are *5* (not 4) characters long (as in the case of Google,
which is 46645, and Yahoo, which is 92466).
