I have exteremely poor coverage where I work near N Fiesta and Baseline.
At times I have no bars outside any of the building there. If anyone
else in the area also has poor service there, call CS and complain. The
more that complain the more likely Cingular might do something about it.

I'm not in Arizona, I wish I were right now, but the bottom line is
proximity to a tower.  If it's 50 miles to the nearest tower and that tower
is behind a mountain range, forget about it.

Don't give up.  We didn't think Cingular would ever put up more towers
in Prescott to fix the problems there, but then they did!  We also saw
a bunch of new towers on the way to Las Vegas.  Eventually, they will
get around to your area.
