There is a Charter for this UNMODERATED group.
Just do a google search on it.

The resident "moderator" of this UNMODERATED group
is John Navas.

The "moderator" also posts FAQs every so often.

UNMODERATED is in caps for emphasis only because it is not moderated
and therefore, IMHO ONLY, does not need a charter.
