On Friday my AT&T GSM service was converted to Cingular.  I used to be able
to SMS with Sprint, Verizon and T-Mobile.  Now, can't send or receive SMS to
anyone outside of Cingular.  Anyone else experiencing this?

Yep.  I migrated a month ago and cannot receive text from AT&T friends,
but I can send to them.  I've had 3 trouble tickets in about this, and
it is still an ongoing network issue...

And you recently Migrated from AT&T to Cingular also?  What area?  I had
no idea when I migrated I would lose text messaging for over a month
from my AT&T friends, but I can send to them fine, and send/receive from
Cingular with no problem...

Well after 5 weeks of calling everyday M-F and the trouble ticket being
put in 4 times, my messaging is finally fully functional.  It took a
level 3 manager 1DAY and it was resolved...

I had a similar experience.  I had to talk to a Tech out of Atlanta (I am in
the Upstate NY market).
