Go to your local Cingular store and ask them! It's been my experience
though that some of the Cingular Blue (ATTWS) family plans are a lot
better than what Cingular offers now and that Cingular will not roll
your plan over. That's why we have kept our Cingluar Blue plan and
bought all new unlocked phones in case we decide to switch carriers.

I second Otto's suggestion to go to the Cingular store and have them help
you. BE ADVISED that not all "Cingular Stores" are in fact Cingular Stores.
Do no go the a kiosk in the mall, look in the phone book and look for a real
Cingular store, not just an authorized dealer. I have to drive all the way
across town to get to our Cingular store, but it is worth it. The people
there are well trained, know their stuff and can actually plug you in to the
correct plan--remove one of your lines--whatever it is your need done, while
you stand and watch. Whenever you call the 1-866#, you take your chances.
You might end up talking to someone in India that can barely speak English.
They will assure you that they have taken care of your problem/credited your
account/changed your plan, etc., and then you get your bill or check your
plan online and nothing has been done. I had this happen to me last year on
three separate phone calls. I finally got someone who actually spoke
English and made him stay on the phone until I check my account online and
could confirm that my account had really been credited. It is much easier
to do it in the store.
