Why stop there?  Try department stores, grocery stores, car dealerships,
cable companies, banks, doctors, auto repair garages, pet stores, wireline
telephone companies, package delivery companies, mortgage providers, credit
card companies, travel agents, electronics manufacturers, cleaning services,
internet providers, etc..  All have the same type of track records as
cellular companies and all for the same two reasons.  We are very lazy as
consumers and don't understand the true capabilities of the products we buy.
As a result, our expectations and reality are polar opposites and we
complain about it- even though the consumer is living in a dream world.
Companies are not responsible for the stupidity of their customers.

Secondly, our society has become extremely rude, but everyone expects this
rudeness only to be applied to others.  The guy that flips you off and
screams at you on the freeway expects you to bend over and kiss his a.s when
he graces the doors of your establishment.  What kind of service can you
honestly expect in a society that would rather waer a "Kiss My a.s" t-shirt
than help an elderly person across the street?  And to those that would
answer that they don't do it, they condone it with their silence and
ostrich-like actions.

And yes- companies did provide much better service in the past.  But they
did it by servicing a much more informed and polite customer base.  I guess
it proves that you get what you give.

For t-mobile: 213 Entries Found
Cingular: 497 Entries Found.

Considering the Millions of people they currently have and the millions
more that have switched, 200-500 entries is useless. I went through
some of the cingular ones. many where common sence.. Others where just
useless... (Am i really defending cingular?!?)

They are the Anti-Christ. I saw a report on the national news regarding
this. Specifically problems with T-Mobile.
