Cellular Phone Forum / Providers / Cingular / December 2005Rollover Minutes when converting to family plan
I currently have 3 lines with Cingular. 2 lines are in a family plan and the 3rd line is by itself. What will happen to my rollover minutes for the 3rd line if I move that line to the family with the other 2 lines? The ROLLOVER on the line by itself will go away. You may get lucky and get a good rep that will possible give you a manual adjustment but don't count on it. Be polite and ask nicely! Good Luck! |
