Just returned from P Town and there was EXCELLENT TDMA coverage thruout the
area, including on a whale watching boat about 8 miles offshore...I verified
Cingular by dialing 611...my V60T had 4 bars...loud and clear...dont know
why so many folks bitch about Cingular...my coverage at home in south
Alabama is excellent too..

Yes I agree with that. I too was in P-town recently and got full 5 bars on
land. The only place that I really had a problem was in Chatham. I think
they are against cellular usage. I only had about 3 bars and 1 to none in
some buildings. The GSM was even bad... not a tower to be seen for miles.
In New Jersey I get excellent reception everywhere I go. The tower is about
1/2 mile from my house :-)
