Recently my Cingular Voicemail changed over.

Now, it features a call notifcation called "Out Call Notification" and
this can be on or off.  I have it on.

I am unsure what this is, originally it was just call notification --
does this mean something else, or is the same same notification that
gives me a message on the phone screen?

Also, it how has a thing that lets you set up notifcation, but with
times you accept calls.  I have no clue how this works.

Can someone plese tell me more information?
