I have ordered a new cell phone.  This is a newer model than anything I
have used before.  While cruising on the Internet I downloaded the
manual.  The manual says that in order to place a call I need to enter a
PINN and then the call.

My question: Is it just for the very first call or does this mean every
single time?  If it is every single time is there a way I can by pass
this?  It would truly be a confusing muddle to have to dial the PINN
every time I use the phone.  The manual does not specify.

You might tell us the model of phone, William!

Are you sure the manual isn't describing what to do if you activate
some kind of security lock on the phone?
