I would definitely check that the "smart key" is not the cause. The way to do this is to see if the call made was the LAST voice activated call using either the fone or the bluetooth headset. This did happen to me. If so, you may want to clear that list and/or disable voice commands for dialing from the phonebook to see if it helps. Just a suggestion!

Yes, you're right! In each case it called the last person I called, although
I hadn't used voice activation (voice activation was setup though, I just
didn't use it). And, the problem began after I setup my voice commands. I'll
try disabling that feature. Thanks!
