A bug is in the way.  While one FCC boss says yes to GSM on 850 a recent
decision was no.  The mid-east states were scheduled for the 850 on GSM
but now the FCC is standing in the way.  The real question is where does
it already exist- and somehow I have a feeling that that just became a
mute point.
