I've had the same problems with MEdiaNet on three separate phones. G
shows, signal strength is fine, and all settings are correct. Calls to
Cingular, even to level 2 techs, and pushing me new profiles, get me
nowhere. I'm always told there must be a problem with MEdiaNet, and to
try later.
I try later, days later, but no luck, until I call in again and they push
me a new profile. Quite frustrating.

Graphics files such as GIF, JPEG, and PNG files are compressed for
faster downloading. The quality is severely reduced. Does not apply to
the text in an HTML or PDF file.
Since any given web page will have different content than another web
page, you really can't predict how much faster it will be in actual use.

What *exactly* do you mean by "cannot connect"? Can you connect to *any*
sites? Which ones don't work? Is WAP working in the phone itself? Can you
ping or traceroute (tracert)? Etc. Etc.

Most of the time? Not all of the time? How about my other questions?
