Today I made the switch to a GSM phone with cingular.
I have locked myself out of the SIM and it is asking for the carriers
PUK code.
I need to get it going tonight, as I really need to have it on.
Can anyone provide me with the PUK?
If you do not want to post it publically, please email me at
bbachman@houston.rr.com.
Thank you in advance !!

What kind of phone it is won't make any difference at all since PUK
code deals with the SIM and SIMs don't care which phone you put them
in.

I was just curious what phone he got, since we both live in Houston,
and I'm interested in buying a GSM phone.

Sorry Barry, you have to call customer service for that. Although
they're closed, tech support is 24 hours and can assist you with the
PUK. Just call 800-331-0500 and follow the options for tech. It will
give a seperate toll free number to call for after hours tech support. I
wish I had it to give you, but the numbers I have I can't give out. Just
tell the rep that you need the PUK and you'll be done in seconds.

PUK is unique to each SIM. You'll have to get the PUK code from
cingular.
