I am looking for a good family plan. Any good or bad experience with the
Cingular service in Chicago area is appreciated.

I had good experience in Chicago roaming (Orlando, FL home area,
Preferred Nation plan). My coverage was great, few dropped calls, I
only saw analog once. However, often I did notice that I was roaming on
AT&T (I also did this at my residence in Florida, occasionally).
Rollover is really nice, too.

cingular currently has great coverage in chicago you should have no
trouble getting service. you can take advantage of thier new gsm network
there which many of the latest and greatest features that will keep you
having fun with you phone for quite some time.

Just came back from another short visit to Chicago. I usually have excellent
service in the city. This time was in Chicago Heights and the only place i
was able to call and recieve was in the Restroom at a club called the
Oasis. No luck outside.
