It's dangerous to generalize that way -- I consider myself quite technical,
but I personally haven't found a smartphone (and I've tried quite a few) with
enough benefits to justify the larger size, greater complexity, and higher
price. The Motorola V360 does everything I want from a phone, and more, very
well.
