I was an AT&T customer now w/Cingular
I have a V600 phone.
Never had any problems w/it while w/ AT&T
Phone does not want to charge fully, takes 5 minutes to charge even a brand
new battery
Sent it to Motorola
Motorola sent me a new V600
New phone doing the same thing
Could software from Cingular be screwing up my phone?

Nothing from Cingular would affect the phone that way.
