Customer Service email for Cingular Please

Hello Good Cingular Customer Folks,

I can't seem to find any "email" address for cingular. I wanted to send
something before I send something to my local BBB on a service issue. Any
suggestions?

go to cingular.com

on the top header is Contact Us

scroll down to contact customer service and follow the instructions
that they have listed.
