if i was to buy a samsung N330 from alltel and did the plan pay per day, so
the total cost of the phone would be $29.99, would I need a SIM card???

alltel phones don't use sim cards and they don't work with cingular

My understanding is that Alltell is CDMA and does not use SIM modules
