I'm in london and using the phone to call the states with no problem
(using a RAZR) but when I take a pic and email it, it doesnt arrive.
Thoughts?

Are you roaming or are you using a local prepaid? If roaming, make sur
you have GPRS connection. If using prepaid, you need to get an
activate the GPRS/picture mail settings for the provider you are usin
to your phone.

How exactly are you emailing it? By email client? MMS gateway? WAP?

Did you switch SIM cards to a prepaid sim? If so you will need to
manually reprogram your WAP settings to match the providers settings.
If you did not switch SIMS then you need to make sure Cingular has the
unresticted international data setting on your phone.
