You catch on quick.

Retention might give you further discounts on phones than the advertised
ones.

amazon.com has the phone plans as well as the standard site, but they have
better deals on phones sometimes.

Promotional rate plans have been offered from time to time.
I have one (1000 Anytime minutes for $40/month).

Do you get night and weekend minutes with that?  T-Mobile offers a similar
plan still, but they do not offer night and weekend minutes.

No, but I do get unlimited Mobile to Mobile.

Or Rollover.

With so many Anytime minutes, unlimited Mobile to Mobile, and a huge
Rollover balance, I have no need for Night and Weekend minutes.
