I just noticed Cingular is selling GSM in DAllas via the internet now.
Anyone signed up yet in the DFW area? Just curious how the coverage is.

how is coverage around the grassy knoll area?

Cingular went unbarred, at least for GAIT users, on 10/1. My 6340i has
been getting strong coverage over the entire DFW area including out to
the fringes. Appears to be exactly the same footprint as TDMA--if
anything slightly stronger. I've only caught the Nokia switching back to
TDMA in one area--an extremely up/down area near Cedar Hills.

I just got my new GMS Sony Ericsson T616. I have great coverage in Valley
Ranch (where it was weak on my CDMA phone). Go get one.
