Sorry, I forgot to ask these questions with my earlier post.  What
happens during activation of the prepaid cingular "go phone" ?  Also
when you purchase the refill cards, does that include the minutes or
just service time?  For example, if I would purchase the refill card
for $100 that gives you a years' worth of service, would that also
include 400 minutes of airtime as well, if I went with the second
option of 25 cents/minute?  I am only used to tracfones' service/
phones.  Is this Cingular service basically the same thing?  Thanks.

The SIM is activated.  That SIM can then be used in any Cingular or
unlocked phone with the correct bands (850 and 1900).
