Hi!

So any guyz from Cingular TECH here?
Here is the story: I live in New York City - Staten Island, just moved to
new appartment - and can you imagine there is no signal on the street two
blocks away from my house - like you drive and talk on the phone and got cut
off. And this thing is like three blocks long - the phone can't find the
network at that place, not only my phone by the way. And all that is on the
main street of the city...
Phone : Nokia 3595 @ Cingular GSM

I can exacly point this intersection:
http://www.mapquest.com/maps/map.adp?country=US&addtohistory=&address=Richmo
nd+ave+%26+Barlow+ave&city=&state=NY&zipcode=10313&homesubmit=Get+Map

and recently discovered another one:

http://www.mapquest.com/maps/map.adp?country=US&addtohistory=&address=Richmo
nd+ave+%26+King+St&city=&state=NY&zipcode=10312&homesubmit=Get+Map

Any help will be appreciated.

Well, first off.. Cingular can't do a damn thing about it.. Because they
don't own or operate their own networkin New York City... Cingular has a
sharing agreement with T-Mobile. So, you'd need to get T-Mobile to fix the
problem.. Which i'm sure they will not do, since your not their customer!

If your still within your return window, I would recommend that you cancel
your service and get a better service. Verizon Wireless is the best network
in New York City. And I can speak from experience, I was just there two
weeks ago today. I always had at LEAST 1-2 bars of signal, while other
peoples phones would display No Service or Searching for Signal... The
"other" phones were usually T-Mobile or Sprint PCS!
