If i unlock my phone, can i take a Sim card from another carrier ( ex.
T-Mobile ) & put it in my phone & it will work on there service.
Also if my phone is unlocked will it still work on Cingular ?

All other things being equal, yes. I'm going to be doing that soon on
an upcoming trip to Norway.

Yes; I'm doing that right now with a Cingular/ATT SIM card in a
T-Mobile branded, but unlocked, phone.

Assuming the phone is designed to operate on the same relevant gsm
bands, yes,  a T-mobile SIM should work for T-mobile service on an
"unlocked" GSM phone sourced from Cingular.

> Also if my phone is unlocked will it still work on Cingular ?

With your Cingular SIM, yes it should.
