Did you try to Google for it? There are dozens of pieces of software
available which will create and upload ringtones in various ways. For
example one of the items on the first Google results page was something
called Xingtone http://xingtone.com///support/phones.php? . Use the
pulldown on this page and you will find your phone so that means it
should be supported but they also give you a method on the same page to
actually test your phone to make sure it will work before downloading
the software.
