Problem with ISP DialUp with my T62u

I'm having trouble establishing a dial up connection to my ISP over my
T62U. I'm on Cingular's TDMA network. I have made this work in the
past with this phone, but it doesn't want to work now.

Here is what happens:

I installed dialup networking wizard from sonyericsson site.

Created a new dialup networking session using a local earthlink dialup
number and my account credentials

when I start the dial-up session, the phone says, "OPening port"
followed by "Connecting Data" and then "Data"

PC says "Verifying Username and password".

After a few seconds the phone disconnects and PC says "Error 737:
Loopback was detected".

I would appreciate any ideas.

Problem solved! Thanks to those who offered advice.

After being told by various people at Cingular and Ericsson that I
either could or could not use my phone as a modem, I finally got someone
helpful at Ericsson. She had me download their Communication Suite
instead of their Dial-Up Networking Wizard.

I removed the old software and manually installed the modem using the
driver from the new, and called Ericsson back in case I had trouble.
Just as the guy at Ericsson told me that I could not connect to my ISP,
my PC informed me that I was connected to Earthlink! :->

Thanks, again for the help! John, I still find myself going back to
your site for a refresher course.

Would you mind sharing that website? Would be nice to have for future
reference as well as others who may need it...
