Razr V3 is a very reliable phone.  I work at an att store and we sell the
razr more than any phone.  Yes that model was released four years ago but it
still keeps up with the new phones just coming out.  New phones have more
features, many at an addtional monthly fee.  If you want a good phone stay
with the razr!  (if concerned about equipment problems get the handset
insurance).
