Incidentally, the selective fire setting on your word processor seems
to be stuck in full auto.  I suggest you switch it to either three
line burst or single shot.  This may also improve the accuracy of your
ravings.

Ok, so you don't want my proclamation and ritual sacrifice.  Your
loss.  

Perhaps a different ploy might induce you to evaporate into a cloud of
smog.  Ever consider that I might not be able to decode whatever
you're asking?  Perhaps you haven't offered me sufficient motivation
to expound on whatever the long lost subject you're ranting about?
Perhaps it's because I might consider the effort a monumental waste of
time, exercise in educational futility, and what is commonly known as
"feeding the trolls"?  Perhaps I'm offended by your massive cross
postings for the apparent sole purpose of getting my attention?  Of
course, there's always the possibility that I don't know anything
about codecs and compress, but that's easily solved with a suitable
search engine.  Instant expert, just add Google.

However, none of these obvious reasons is why I'm ignoring you.  I
judge people by their willingness and ability to learn.  Helping such
people is why I spend an inordinate amount of time answering questions
in newsgroups and mailing lists.  When someone shows an inability or
unwillingness to absorb information and digest it into knowledge, I
ignore them.  If I think there's some hope, sometimes I snarl at them.
In your case, it's not even worth my effort snarling.  Your inability
to formulate an intelligible question, inability to stay focused, your
repetitious behavior, and failure to appreciate my humor, marks you as
a loser, unworthy of my limited time.

So, go away.  Do some reading on basic electronics, communications
theory, compression techniques, established practices, standards,
tact, diplomacy, and usenet etiquette.  When you've done all this,
reformulate your questions into an organized form that can be answered
without guesswork or a Ouija board.  Then, MAYBE someone else will be
sympathetic enough to help you with whatever it is you're trying to
accomplish.
