Has anyone set up Waptunnel on a Cingular phone?  If so, how is it billed?
Thanks!

I have not done it personally, but been trying to find the data to
use. From what I know Cingular does not charge you anything but
airtime. Waptunnel is free service. No one seems to have to code to
set it up though.

not sure if this helps but taken from www.waptunnel.com

"ALTERNATIVE PORTS: waptunnel.com now supports alternative ports- 1200
for connectionless WAP requests and 1201 for connection-oriented
requests. Standard ports 9200 and 9201 are maintained as usual.

To configure your phone or emulator to work with waptunnel, simply type
in this WAP gateway address: 207.232.99.109"

I would assume you need to enter in your dialup ISP info, then put the
above wap gateway in with it and should work from there...but no idea
just a guess

HTH good luck

There's no need for Waptunnel on AT&T Cingular, since the standard MEdia
service can be used to access the entire Internet.
