What's ATT/Cingular's best data plan for a PDA, primarily to check IMAP
email?  Is there a plan that does not charge for offshore data by the kbyte?

get the $99 everything plan from Sprint. It even includes Blackberry. It is
the best and the other cell phone providers can't offer it for less than
$170.

Thanks, but Sprint not being AT&T/Cingular, that doesn't help me.

Nice to see that Sprint gave up trying to count, now bills flat rate.
