I currently have a 6340i and want to purchase a Nokia 6800. I don't want to
buy the phone with a service plan, I just want to switch SIM cards back and
forth between phones. Is this possible?

I think that nowadays you are subscribing to a SIMS card and not a
phone.

My surface research says yes.... best price I've found poking via
google brand new was $USD 249.99
