Cingular Wireless has no cellular license in Knoxville.
They are presently held by A: Verizon and B: US Cellular.
Cingular will not be offering GSM 850.

Cingular presently operates GSM 1900 in Knoxville using
the former BellSouth Mobility DCS network. As I recall,
it's been there since (at least) 1997. Using MNC 310-150,
coverage extends into the Carolinas and coastal Georgia.
