Pros: Great display, feels well made, excellent sound quality.
Cons: Little bit heavy, the OK button is a little hard to press with
anything but small fingers, battery life is so-so.

What about volume, both on the handset & the ringer? I have a hearing prob.
and can't hear at all on several of the phones today. Or hear the phone ring
either.
I have a V60 now and it works great on both. My wife has a Startac and it
might quit any day now and we'll both have to upgrade, have seen complaints
in this forum about the T720 volume.
Just checking on my options, will probably stay with Moto.
Thanks,

Actually I have 2 V400 phones and I am exchanging mine because of the
battery but my wife gets about 4 days standby and 3 - 4 hours talk time.
